Anadria Meadowphor - Marketing and Current EH Student

Anadria has been working with people for nearly a decade. She was certified as an Authentic Relating Facilitator in 2016 and worked with the board of a nonprofit, hosting Authentic Relating Games in which she helped people learn how to relate with each other, how to deeply listen and non-violent communication.

She earned a Natural Sciences bachelors degree at University of Pittsburgh in 2012 which was a hybrid degree that included studies in psychology, geology, physics and neuroscience.

She worked for 6 years at Clean Water Action - a national nonprofit that focused on grassroots organizing on water policy at the local, state and national level - where she received training in Leadership Development and began to develop leaders in the organization.

In 2017, she moved to Oregon and began farm work in the cannabis industry. By 2018 she started producing conscious, substance-free dance events. As a result of the pandemic, Anadria shifted to working online as an independent distributor with Enagic selling water Kangen ionizers where she received training in sales, team-building, and social media marketing

Around this time Anadria became aware of a pattern of boundary fuzziness in relations, including being persistently angry at others due to her own behaviors. After being tired of having patterns repeat themselves, she sought healing and change…and started work with Tim Westfeldt, where she learned that the most important thing she needed to do was cultivate a relationship with herself.

This brought positive changes in relationships with her new partner, with her friends, and with work associates. At some point Anadria began bringing her social media skills and web savvy to work with the Westfeldt Institute. She is helping to upgrade the Institute’s website and develop a social media presence, and has also been providing expertise and development assistance with videography and photography skills.
